- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for staff across multiple departments.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Set up new user workstations including OS installation, driver setup, and essential software deployment.
- Support basic network operations: device connectivity, IP configurations, MikroTik, UniFi, and CCTV setup.
- Provide technical assistance for internal communication tools, office suites, and internet stability.
- Perform system updates, antivirus checks, routine optimizations, and equipment inventory tracking.
- Assist with data backup procedures, documentation of resolutions, and system upgrade collaborations.
